Pray according to the promise of God.

Paul the Apostle said in the Epistle to the Romans,
“I tell the truth in Christ, I am not lying, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Spirit, that I have great sorrow and continual grief in my heart. For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my a countrymen according to the flesh, who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises; of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, the eternally blessed God. Amen.” Romans9:1-5

・Why pray for Israel?
In the first book of the Bible "Genesis" chapter12, God made the promise with Abraham, the father of Israel.
“Now the LORD had said to Abram: “Get out of your country, From your family And from your father’s house, To a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” Genesis12:1-3
Isaiah the prophet spoke of the calling that God gave to Israel.
“I, the L ORD , have called You in righteousness, And will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, As a light to the Gentiles, To open blind eyes, To bring out prisoners from the prison, Those who sit in darkness from the prison house.” Isaiah42:6-7
The reason why we pray for Israel is that
because God has given the promise to Israel
and we believe that all the families of the earth shall be blessed
by the fulfillment of the promise that God has given to Israel.
God bless those who bless Israel.

“For the eyes of the L ORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him.” 2Chronicles16:9
We pray according to the heart of God.
When our hearts are loyal to God and pray according to His promise
Israel shall be blessed and us as well.
May our prayers would be pleasing to Him.

For Aliyah
May the people of Israel around the world be guided and protected by the hand of the Lord and may those led to return to the Land of Israel be protected and provided all their needs and live peacefully and safely in the Land of Israel. May they be waiting for and get ready for receiving the Messiah.

For the Land of Israel
May the Land and borders that God has given to Israel be protected. May Jerusalem not be divided nor taken by others. May the peace be with all people who live in the Land of Israel according to the promise and the plan of God.
‘The land shall not be sold permanently, for the land is Mine.” Leviticus25:23
“For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.” Joel3:1-2

For Revival, Spiritual salvation in Israel
About 60% to 70% of the believers in Israel are Aliyah from Russia. May many of those that have returned from all over the world receive Jesus, Yeshua as the Messiah in the Land of Israel.
“And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.”Zechariah12:10

For the Body of Messiah in Israel
May there be unity among the body of Messiah in Israel. Those who have returned to Israel from all over the world have differences in denominations.In Israel it's crucial to overcome the difference among the believers because the number of believers in Yeshua in Israel is so small.Usually what makes difficult is not to overcome the difference in denominations but the way of thinking that they got in the country they used to live. There are those who think like Russian, American, French, Brazilian and so on...but they are all Jewish people.The difference in the way of thinking makes really difficult to keep the unity. May the Body of Messiah in Israel overcome the differences among themselves and keep the unity in Yeshua.May they be used as the light that would shine the Glory of God to the whole world.

For the leaders in countries
May the leaders in countries take a right stand towards Israel. May the leaders in Japan stand to bless Israel and build good relationship with Israel. May Japan be a nation that bless Israel.
